Below is some TV show posters for my specific genre. When it comes to making a few of my own TV shows these are my inspirational posters.
This is definitely my favourite poster out of the ones I have shown. I like that its simple and only shows the characters, the black and white filter with the gold contrasting colours makes the poster really pop and catch your eye. This poster looks very supernatural and fantasy like so I personally think this will go well with my genre.
I would really like to incorporate this type of poster into one of my own, I like the simplicity of the main person in the cast with the surrounding of the hands to give off a fantasy feel.
The Vampire Dairies is huge amongst teenagers, I like how the cover is very simple and focuses on the main character rather than putting loads of effects into the background.
I like this poster but I think creating the special effects would be hard to make to a high standard, so I would like to steer clear from a poster such as this.
A poster such as this one above would be very easy to create for my TV channel, I could easily take a picture of my inspired main character like this and add effects using software such as Photoshop.
