After doing research on how people create animation ident I have
learned that Adobe Aftereffects is quite commonly used and I also learned that
you can have plugins to go with the software to create idents such as the
plugin TWITCH. I would like to use TWITCH for my ident to create the most
professional ident as possible. Though there will be complications such as
fully knowing how to navigate around the software and getting a hold of the
software as its quite expensive.
Maya is a 3D animation software that offers a creative feature for a 3D computer animation, modelling, simulation and rendering. Maya is most likely to be used in most idents for the modelling and creating the animation, whereas After Effects for colour and light rebalancing.
