I asked a few people for audience feedback by showing them my website, ident and newspaper advertisement. I asked them to write down what they thought and these are their opinions:

Age: 20
The website is well put together, the use of limited pages is well done. I like the fact that the colour scheme runs from the website into the channel ident. The use of green around the logo gives off a dangerous edge. The advert is simple and represents the channel really well. When it came to the news and competitions pages I would have preferred for there to be more to click on to make more resources available and have more featured on that particular page.

The competitions page and news page is useful to draw in an audience and make them more involved with the site. The channel advertisement was simply set out like a professional advert would be and I like that the same font was linked from the logo to the TV show logo.

I thought the ident was put together well with the light moving from one side to the other to give off a dark and dingy look. The background music connected nicely with the name of the channel. The website had the important features to make it work effectively. The daily and weekly view was useful to plan ahead with upcoming shows.

The website is set out really well, it’s easy to find what you’re looking for if anything I would have wanted there to be more pages that you could have clicked on about newsletters and other TV shows that the channel featured. I like that the ident fits really well with the website with the colour of black and green. The buttons on the menu bar glow up green that fits in well with the glowing logo. I like the simple layout of the TV show advertisement; it does what it’s supposed to by telling you the times it is on and where to find the show.
